Mission Statement

The Mountain Medical Response Team will provide trained personnel and equipment for emergency patient care and transport in a situation or location not accessible by ambulance and will perform other special operations as directed

 
The main goal of MMRT is to perform the medical component of a backcountry rescue. We have specialized gear, equipment and training that will help us assist local search and rescue operations. Some of the areas of training include: Avalanche Awareness, Snowmobile/ATV Operations, Wildland Firefighting and HAZMAT Operations to name a few.
